Increasingly, my work is moving beyond the therapy room and into workshops, retreats, and other spaces where participants have more time to get to the heart of what they want to heal and change. Trauma and attachment wounds often pull us away from connection. Being witnessed and supported in our healing within a community can offer an experience of the connection with others that many of us have been longing for.
These gatherings are grounded in trauma-informed somatic, relational, and attachment-based approaches, along with what I’ve learned through many years of therapeutic work and facilitating groups. I offer workshops and retreats that focus on men’s work, as well as spaces open to anyone with a genuine interest in exploring what is possible in relationships, embodiment, connection, and healing more broadly.
I’m continuing to develop workshops and retreats in Santa Fe and other locations. I’m also available to discuss creating workshops and retreats for existing groups or communities, and I welcome opportunities to collaborate with other facilitators and organizations. If you have an idea or are curious about what we might create together, please reach out.
